M as el pueblo sirio huyó delante de Israel; y mató David de los sirios a siete mil hombres de los carros, y cuarenta mil hombres de a pie; asimismo mató a Sofac general del ejército.

Then the Syrians fled before Israel; and David killed seven thousand charioteers and forty thousand foot soldiers of the Syrians, and killed Shophach the commander of the army.
