E ntonces dijo el sumo sacerdote Hilcías al escriba Safán: He hallado el libro de la ley en la casa de Jehová. E Hilcías dio el libro a Safán, y lo leyó.

Then Hilkiah the head religious leader said to Shaphan the writer, “I have found the Book of the Law in the house of the Lord.” And Hilkiah gave the book to Shaphan, and he read it.
