P or tanto, enviad inmediatamente y dad aviso a David, diciendo: No te quedes esta noche en los vados del desierto, sino pasa luego el Jordán, para que no sea destruido el rey y todo el pueblo que con él está.

Now therefore send quickly, and tell David, saying, Lodge not this night in the plains of the wilderness, but speedily pass over; lest the king be swallowed up, and all the people that are with him.
