U n día, el Señor le dijo a Samuel: «¿Hasta cuándo vas a estar triste por causa de Saúl? ¿No recuerdas que yo lo deseché como rey de Israel? Mejor llena de aceite tu cuerno, y ve a Belén; allí, vas a visitar a Yesé, porque uno de sus hijos será el próximo rey de Israel.»

And the Lord said unto Samuel, How long wilt thou mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel? fill thine horn with oil, and go, I will send thee to Jesse the Bethlehemite: for I have provided me a king among his sons.
