Y Joás les respondió: «¿Quieren luchar en favor de Baal y defender su causa? El que esté a su favor, que muera esta mañana. Si en verdad Baal es un dios, déjenlo que luche él mismo contra quien derribó su altar.»

But Joash said to all who stood against him, Will you contend for Baal? Or will you save him? He who will contend for Baal, let him be put to death while it is still morning. If Baal is a god, let him contend for himself because one has pulled down his altar.
