P ero ellos le respondieron: «¿Y acaso ya no hay mujeres entre las hijas de tus parientes, ni en todo nuestro pueblo, para que vayas y tomes por mujer una filistea, hija de incircuncisos?» Y Sansón respondió: «Pidan por mí a esa mujer, porque es la que me gusta.»

Then his father and his mother said to him, “Isn’t there a woman among your brothers’ daughters, or among all my people, that you go to take a wife of the uncircumcised Philistines?” Samson said to his father, “Get her for me, for she pleases me well.”
