L os habitantes de Hai mataron a treinta y seis hombres; a los demás los persiguieron hasta las canteras, y los derrotaron en la bajada. Y cuando el pueblo supo esto, su ánimo desfalleció y se escurrió como agua.

And the men of Ai smote of them about thirty-six men; and they pursued them from before the gate to Shebarim, and smote them on the descent. Then the hearts of the people melted, and became as water.
