P ero si los días pasan y el marido guarda silencio, entonces todos sus votos y todos sus compromisos quedarán confirmados, por haber guardado silencio el día que la oyó pronunciarlos.

But if her husband altogether holds his peace with her from day to day, then he establishes and confirms all her vows or all her pledges which are upon her. He establishes them because he said nothing to her on the day he heard of them.
