» Por lo tanto, así ha dicho el Señor: “Volveré a compadecerme de Jerusalén. La plomada volverá a tenderse sobre Jerusalén, y en ella será edificada mi casa.” —Palabra del Señor de los ejércitos.

Therefore thus hath the LORD said, I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies; my house shall be built in her, saith the LORD of the hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem.
