¿ Por qué permites que vea yo iniquidad? ¿Por qué me haces espectador del mal? ¡Sólo veo destrucción y violencia! ¡Ante mis ojos surgen pleitos y contiendas!

Why dost thou show me iniquity, and look upon perverseness? for destruction and violence are before me; and there is strife, and contention riseth up.
