E l rey manda llamar a sus valientes, y éstos en su prisa se atropellan. Corren a las murallas y preparan la defensa.

يُعطِي المُبَدِّدُ أوامِرَ لِقادَتِهِ، فَيَتَعَثَّرُونَ إذْ يَتَقَدَّمُونَ. يُسرِعُونَ إلَى السُّورِ، وَيَنْصِبُونَ بُرُوجَ الحِصارِ.
