N uestro Señor y Dios ha jurado por sí mismo. El Señor y Dios de los ejércitos ha dicho: «No soporto la soberbia de Jacob. Aborrezco sus palacios. Por eso voy a entregar al enemigo la ciudad y todo lo que hay en ella.»

The Lord Jehovah hath sworn by himself, saith Jehovah, the God of hosts: I abhor the excellency of Jacob, and hate his palaces; therefore will I deliver up the city with all that is therein.
