P orque desde Sión se escucha la voz de la endecha. ¡Cómo hemos sido destruidos! Hemos sido grandemente avergonzados, y tenemos que abandonar la tierra porque nuestras casas han sido destruidas.

For a sound of wailing is heard out of Zion: How we are plundered and ruined! We are greatly confounded and utterly put to shame, because we have forsaken the land, because they have cast down our dwellings.
