P ero el ejército caldeo los siguió, y alcanzaron y apresaron a Sedequías en los llanos de Jericó. Entonces lo llevaron a Ribla, en tierra de Jamat, donde se encontraba el rey Nabucodonosor de Babilonia, y éste le dictó sentencia.

But the Chaldeans’ army pursued after them, and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho; and when they had taken him, they brought him up to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon to Riblah in the land of Hamath, where he sentenced him.
