J eremías tomó otro rollo, y se lo dio al escriba Baruc hijo de Nerías; éste, por su parte, escribió en él todas las palabras que Jeremías le había dictado antes, y que estaban escritas en el rollo que el rey Joacín de Judá quemó en el fuego, ¡y aun fueron añadidas a ellas muchas otras palabras semejantes!

And Jeremiah took another roll, and gave it to Baruch the scribe, the son of Nerijah; and he wrote therein from the mouth of Jeremiah, all the words of the book that Jehoiakim king of Judah had burned in the fire; and there were added besides unto them many like words.
