S erá tal el asedio y las angustias que les harán pasar sus enemigos, los que buscan matarlos, que todos ustedes se comerán la carne misma de sus hijos e hijas, y aun la carne de sus amigos.

I will make them eat the flesh of their sons and daughters. And they will eat each other’s flesh when the armies shut them in, and when those who want to kill them bring much trouble to them.”’
