l os trata como si nunca hubieran sido plantados, como si nunca hubieran sido sembrados, ¡como si nunca su tronco hubiera tenido raíz en la tierra! ¡Tan pronto como él sopla en ellos, se secan! ¡El torbellino los arrastra como si fueran hojarasca!

As if they had never been planted, as if they had never been sown, as if their stock had never taken root in the earth; even blowing upon them, they wither, and the whirlwind takes them away as stubble.
