P orque eres la fortaleza del pobre, del necesitado y del afligido; eres nuestro refugio contra la tormenta y nuestra sombra contra el calor (pues como tormenta nos azota el ímpetu de los violentos;

For thou hast been a fortress to the poor, a fortress for the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat: for the blast of the terrible ones as the storm a wall.
