E ntonces Salomón reunió en Jerusalén a los ancianos de Israel y a todos los príncipes de las tribus y a los jefes de las familias israelitas, para que trasladaran el arca del pacto del Señor desde la ciudad de David, que es Sión.

Then Solomon gathered to Jerusalem the leaders of Israel, and all the heads of the families, the leaders of the fathers’ houses of the sons of Israel. He called them together to bring up the special box with the Law of the Lord out of the city of David, which is Zion.
