B en Adad aceptó la propuesta del rey Asa, y ordenó a los capitanes de sus ejércitos que atacaran las ciudades de Israel. Así conquistaron Iyón, Dan, Abel Mayin y las ciudades de aprovisionamiento de Neftalí.

So Ben-Hadad heeded King Asa, and sent the captains of his armies against the cities of Israel. They attacked Ijon, Dan, Abel Maim, and all the storage cities of Naphtali.
