P ara el ministerio, y para que profetizaran con arpas, salterios y címbalos, David y los jefes del ejército apartaron a los hijos de Asaf, de Hemán y de Jedutún. El número de ellos, que eran hombres idóneos para la obra de su ministerio, fue el siguiente:

David and the captains of the army set apart for the work some of the sons of Asaph, of Heman and of Jeduthun. They were to speak God’s Word while harps and timbrels were playing. These are the names of those who served in this way.
