Y el rey Ezequías de Judá envió a decirle al rey de Asiria, que estaba en Laquis: «He pecado. Aléjate de mí, y yo haré todo lo que me impongas.» El rey de Asiria impuso al rey Ezequías de Judá un tributo de nueve mil novecientos kilos de plata y novecientos noventa kilos de oro,

And Hezekiah, king of Judah, sent unto the king of Assyria to Lachish, saying, I have sinned; return from me; that which thou puttest on me I will bear. Then the king of Assyria appointed unto Hezekiah, king of Judah, three hundred talents of silver and thirty talents of gold.
