J ezabel mandó un mensajero a Elías, a que le dijera: «¡Que los dioses me castiguen, y más aún, si mañana a esta misma hora no te he cortado la cabeza como lo hiciste tú con los profetas de Baal.»

Then Jezebel sent a messenger unto Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if by tomorrow at this time I have not made thy person as one of them.
