B etsabé le respondió: «Su Majestad juró a esta sierva suya, poniendo por testigo al Señor su Dios, que mi hijo Salomón reinaría después de Su Majestad, y que él ocuparía el trono.

And she said to him, My lord, you swore by the Lord your God to your handmaid, saying, Assuredly Solomon your son shall reign after me and sit upon my throne.
