U n día, Jonadab le preguntó a Amnón: «Oye, cada día te veo más delgado. ¡Y tú eres el hijo del rey! ¿No me vas a decir qué te pasa?» Entonces Amnón le dijo: «Es que estoy enamorado de Tamar, la hermana de mi hermano Absalón.»

He said to Amnon, “O son of the king, why are you so sad from day to day? Will you not tell me?” Amnon said to him, “I am in love with Tamar, the sister of my brother Absalom.”
