Génesis 43:7 ~ Genesis 43:7

E llos respondieron: «Ese hombre nos hacía muchas preguntas acerca de nosotros y de nuestra familia. Nos preguntaba: “¿Vive todavía su padre? ¿Tienen algún otro hermano?” Y nosotros respondimos a sus preguntas. ¿Cómo íbamos a saber que él nos diría: “Traigan aquí a su hermano”?»

And they said, The man asked us expressly of our state and of our kindred, saying, Is your father yet alive? Have ye another brother? And we told him according to the tenor of these words. Could we certainly know that he would say, Bring your brother down?
