P orque Pablo se había propuesto pasar adelante de Efeso, por no deternerse en Asia: porque se apresuraba por hacer el día de Pentecostés, si le fuese posible, en Jerusalem.

For Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus, not to detain himself in Asia, for he hasted to keep the day of Pentecost, if it were possible for him, in Jerusalem.
