D el estruendo de su caída hice temblar las gentes, cuando les hice descender á la fosa con todos los que descienden á la sepultura; y todos los árboles de Edén escogidos, y los mejores del Líbano, todos los que beben aguas, tomaron consolación en la tierra baja.

I made the nations quake at the sound of its fall when I made it go down to Sheol with those who go down to the pit; and all the well-watered trees of Eden, the choicest and best of Lebanon, were comforted in the earth beneath.
