E xtendió su mano el enemigo á todas sus cosas preciosas; Y ella ha visto entrar en su santuario las gentes, De las cuales mandaste que no entrasen en tu congregación.

The adversary has spread out his hand upon all her precious and desirable things; for she has seen the nations enter her sanctuary — when You commanded that they should not even enter Your congregation.
