E l león sube de su guarida, y el destruidor de gentes ha partido; salido ha de su asiento para poner tu tierra en soledad; tus ciudades serán asoladas, y sin morador.

A lion has gone up from his thicket, and a destroyer of nations is on his way. He has gone forth from his place to make your land a desolate waste; and your cities shall be left in ruins without an inhabitant.
