T raslado de la carta que Tatnai, capitán de la parte allá del río, y Sethar-boznai, y sus compañeros los Apharsachêos, que estaban á la parte allá del río, enviaron al rey Darío.

This is a copy of the letter that Tattenai, governor on this side of the River, and Shethar-bozenai and his associates, the Apharsachites who were on this side of the River, sent to Darius the king.
