D esde aquel tiempo que Amasías se apartó de Jehová, maquinaron contra él conjuración en Jerusalem; y habiendo él huído á Lachîs, enviaron tras él á Lachîs, y allá lo mataron;

From the time that Amaziah turned away from following the LORD, they made a conspiracy against him in Jerusalem; and he fled to Lachish, but they sent to Lachish after him, and slew him there.
