E ntonces Resín rey de Siria, y Peka hijo de Remalías rey de Israel, subieron á Jerusalem para hacer guerra, y cercar á Achâz; mas no pudieron tomarla.

¶ Then Rezin, king of Syria, and Pekah, son of Remaliah, king of Israel, came up to Jerusalem to war; and they besieged Ahaz but could not overcome him.
