M ontes de Gilboa, Ni rocío ni lluvia caiga sobre vosotros, ni seáis tierras de ofrendas; Porque allí fué desechado el escudo de los valientes, El escudo de Saúl, como si no hubiera sido ungido con aceite.

Ye mountains of Gilboa, Let there be no dew nor rain upon you, neither fields of offerings: For there the shield of the mighty was vilely cast away, The shield of Saul, not anointed with oil.
