Наум 1:3 ~ Nahum 1:3

Г осподь долготерпелив и велик могуществом, и не оставляет без наказания; в вихре и в буре шествие Господа, облако--пыль от ног Его.

The Lord is slow to anger and great in power. The Lord will be sure to punish the guilty. The way He punishes is in the strong-wind and storm. The clouds are the dust under His feet.
