В се, что повелено Богом небесным, должно делаться со тщанием для дома Бога небесного; дабы не гнева на царство, царя и сыновей его.

Whatever is wanted by the God of heaven, let it be done in full for the house of the God of heaven. Or else He might be angry with the nation of the king and his sons.
