И кричали громким голосом на Иудейском языке к народу Иерусалимскому, который на стене, чтоб устрашить его и напугать его, и взять город.

Then they cried with a loud voice in the Jews’ speech unto the people of Jerusalem that were on the wall, to make them afraid and to trouble them, that they might take the city.
