D avid a luat cuvîntul, şi vorbind lui Ahimelec, Hetitul, şi lui Abişai, fiul Ţeruiei şi fratele lui Ioab, a zis:,, Cine vrea să se pogoare cu mine în tabără la Saul?`` Şi Abişai a răspuns:,, Eu, mă voi pogorî cu tine.``

Then David answered, and said to Ahimelech the Hittite and to Abishai the son of Zeruiah, brother of Joab, saying, “Who will go down with me to Saul in the camp?” And Abishai said, “I will go down with you.”
