Ş i au tăiat fiecare cîte o ramură, şi au mers după Abimelec; au aşezat ramurile lîngă cetăţuie, şi i-au dat foc ei şi celor ce se aflau în ea. Aşa au perit toţi oamenii din turnul Sihemului, în număr de aproape o mie, bărbaţi şi femei.
