N evasta lui Galaad i -a născut fii, cari, făcîndu-se mari, au izgonit pe Iefta, şi i-au zis:,, Tu nu vei avea moştenire în casa tatălui nostru, căci eşti fiul unei alte femei.``

and the wife of Gilead beareth to him sons, and the wife's sons grow up and cast out Jephthah, and say to him, `Thou dost not inherit in the house of our father; for son of another woman thou.'
