B urdufurile acestea de vin, cînd le-am umplut, erau noi de tot, şi iată-le s'au rupt; hainele şi încălţămintea noastră s'au învechit de lungimea prea mare a drumului``.

These wineskins (bottles) which we filled were new, and behold, they are torn; and our garments and our shoes have become old because of the very long journey.
