A u dat fiilor lui Gherşon, dintre familiile Leviţilor: din cealaltă jumătate a seminţiei lui Manase, cetatea de scăpare pentru ucigaşi Golan din Basan şi împrejurimile ei, şi Beeştra şi împrejurimile ei, două cetăţi;

And unto the sons of Gershon, of the families of the Levites, out of the other half tribe of Manasseh they gave Golan in Bashan with its suburbs, to be a city of refuge for manslayers, and Beeshterah with its suburbs: two cities.
