I osua, fiul lui Nun, era plin de duhul înţelepciunii, căci Moise îşi pusese mînile peste el. Copiii lui Israel au ascultat de el, şi au făcut potrivit cu poruncile pe cari le dăduse lui Moise Domnul.

And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as Jehovah commanded Moses.
