C ăci îţi poruncesc azi să iubeşti pe Domnul, Dumnezeul tău, să umbli pe căile Lui, şi să păzeşti poruncile Lui, legile Lui şi rînduielile Lui, ca să trăieşti şi să te înmulţeşti, şi ca Domnul, Dumnezeul tău să te binecuvinteze în ţara pe care o vei lua în stăpînire.

In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
