S uie-te pe vîrful muntelui Pisga, uită-te spre apus, spre miază noapte, spre miază zi şi spre răsărit, şi priveşte -o doar cu ochii; căci nu vei trece Iordanul acesta.

go up the top of Pisgah, and lift up thine eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and see with thine eyes -- for thou dost not pass over this Jordan;
