p entru că nu v'au ieşit înainte cu pîne şi apă, pe drum, la ieşirea voastră din Egipt, şi pentru că au adus, pe preţ de argint, împotriva ta pe Balaam, fiul lui Beor, din Petor din Mesopotamia, ca să te blesteme.

because they met you not with bread and with water on the way, when ye came forth out of Egypt, and because they hired against thee Balaam the son of Beor, of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse thee.
