D aţi tuturor ce sînteţi datori să daţi: cui datoraţi birul, daţi -i birul; cui datoraţi vama, daţi -i vama; cui datoraţi frica, daţi -i frica; cui datoraţi cinstea, daţi -i cinstea.

Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor. Love Your Neighbor
