U itaţi-vă cu băgare de seamă cum cresc crinii: ei nu torc, nici nu ţes: totuş vă spun că nici Solomon, în toată slava lui, n'a fost îmbrăcat ca unul din ei.

Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
