T ot ţinutul Iudeii şi toţi locuitorii Ierusalimului au început să iasă la el; şi, mărturisindu-şi păcatele, erau botezaţi de el în rîul Iordan.

Then all the land of Judea, and those from Jerusalem, went out to him and were all baptized by him in the Jordan River, confessing their sins.
