D e aceea, aşa vorbeşte Domnul, Dumnezeul oştirilor, Cel Atotputernic:,,În toate pieţele se vor boci, şi pe toate uliţile vor zice:, Vai! Vai!` Vor chema pe plugar la jale, şi la bocire pe ceice fac jălanii pentru morţi.

Therefore, thus said Jehovah, God of Hosts, the Lord, In all broad places lamentation, And in all out-places they say, `Alas, alas,' And called the husbandman to mourning, And to lamentation the skilful of wailing.
